What we collect

If the Dispatch List is activated: your email address and the date you signed up. We do not need your name.

Automatically, on every visit: the web host keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and requested pages. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and follow the host’s normal retention schedule.

What we do not collect

• No visitor accounts, logins or passwords
• No payment information; nothing is sold here
• No advertising or social-media tracking pixels
• No personal data sold to advertisers

The staging site does not currently use analytics. This statement must be rechecked before launch.

Cookies

Cookie behaviour will be checked again immediately before launch. The published policy will describe only cookies the live website actually sets.

The Dispatch List

The proposed Dispatch List will send roughly one email a week, each carrying a new archive entry. Before it is activated, this policy will be updated with the chosen email provider, how subscriptions are stored and how unsubscribing works.

Your choices

Once the public contact address is confirmed, you will be able to ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion. The rights language will also be adjusted to the jurisdictions in which the site operates.

Material changes will be reflected on this page and in its “last updated” date. The contact email, any required postal address and the final legal review details are still to be confirmed.
